Please note that all sale items and intimate apparel are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring the return authorization form is included inside the box.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and attach it to the outside of your parcel, ensuring any previous labels are covered.
Drop Off and Track
Deliver your package to the nearest authorized courier location and retain your tracking receipt for monitoring the status of your refund.
